Neil and his son did a cracking job on our floor and we’d highly recommend them for any similar types of job. I selected Criterion because they were an established firm who specialize in wood floors, (thus had the expertise and equiptment) and priced the job competitively and transparently. e.g. the said straight from the start that the job would require 3 coats of Lacquer with a fine sand between coats 2 and 3 to get the right finish to last 10 years. Quality of work was similarly straighforward and with a good attention to detail and with minimal mess, fuss and good communication.
