I would highly recommend Neil and his team who did an excellent job fitting our new solid wood flooring to the kitchen, hallway and the living room. They also ripped out the old skirting and fitted the new ones. Out of all the quotes we received Neil wasn't the cheapest but he was the only one that recommended Nailing the solid wood flooring to existing wooden flooring which from doing my own research is the best way. They were very professional and very efficient, completing all the work in 2 days and Neil was very helpful in fitting us in on such short notice.

Neil and his son did a cracking job on our floor and we'd highly recommend them for any similar types of job.

I selected Criterion because they were an established firm who specialize in wood floors, (thus had the expertise and equiptment) and priced the job competitively and transparently. e.g. the said straight from the start that the job would require 3 coats of Lacquer with a fine sand between coats 2 and 3 to get the right finish to last 10 years.

Quality of work was similarly straighforward and with a good attention to detail and with minimal mess, fuss and good communication. I would definitely not hesitate to use them again for any flooring jobs.
